Next to Delicious Games, I loved this one a lot! It became a little difficult, but I just kept trying. It's also a very pretty game to look at too! I'm not sure it's for beginners, but it won't take long to start having fun!

I'm not one that cares about the storyline of time management games, so have no opinion there. The graphics of the game could be improved though and the "VIP mini games" I found particularly annoying, together with the fact that you actually need to drag the customers to the check-out line. If you like the spa/wellness theme, I would much rather recommend Sally's spa or any of the Sally episodes.
